The project involved reorganizing the main transit arrival and departure point for the winter sports facilities at Whistler. Included within the scope of the project were a number of bus shelters, designed appropriately to address the harsh winter conditions with significant snow accumulation and strong winds. The designs also reflect the construction techniques typical of a mountain resort, employing robust materials – concrete, heavy timber and metal roofs.
